Masala Spiced Dry Gin
This gin was made in collaboration with Masala Kitchen, a restaurant group based in Sydney. A delightfully smooth, perfectly balanced dry gin with fresh citrus notes. The use of fresh orange peel & coriander seed create a beautiful citrus bouquet while juniper, angelica root, orris root and cassia bark build a classic, complex London dry profile.
This bright, citrus forward gin was made to pair perfectly with the spices found in Masala Kitchen's Indian dishes. With India as the birthplace of the now infamous Gin & Tonic, it was only a matter of time before the perfect pairing of Gin and Indian cuisine was celebrated.
